It’s about putting the power back into your hands
I’m passionate about supporting and enabling people to live healthier lives. But what does it mean to be healthy? Perhaps you think about diet, exercise, managing stress and anxiety, improving relationships, learning to enjoy life a little more, being more motivated, finding purpose, or something else entirely. We can say that health is a broad topic, which can be both daunting and provide many opportunities.
I’m so passionate about this topic that I studied for a master’s in psychology as a mindfulness teacher, an ACT practitioner, a nutrition coach, and a master health coach – which is part of how I want to live my life. Learn constructive, helpful approaches to positively impacting the lives of those with which I work – which, in turn, is how I support my wellbeing!
Coach Wellbeing is part of my private practice, and I also practice in primary care for three NHS GP surgeries where I help patients to better manage or reverse chronic health conditions such as type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure, lose or gain weight, manage stress and anxiety, and work with chronic pain conditions.
If you want to live healthier, I’ll give you actionable guidance, support, and encouragement through one-to-one coaching or group programmes. While at the same time, holding you to account for the things you care about so you can feel great and enjoy the process.
